Energy Fuels' White Mesa Mill in Utah is extracting the uranium from monazite sands from Georgia before producing a rare earths carbonate that is being shipped to a facility in Estonia for separation into the individuals REEs needed for EVs, renewable energy, and other high-tech applications.
