Virus killing paint business opportunity

NY graphene coating company offers full startup package Metal Tech News Weekly Edition – July 22, 2020

GrapheneCA is looking for entrepreneurs who want to get into the business of painting high-risk public surfaces with the New York-based company's tested and certified antibacterial and antiviral coatings.

Graphene, a material made from a single layer of carbon atoms linked in a hexagonal pattern, has been hailed as miracle material for its immense strength and high conductivity. This 2D material has also been proven to upset the function of the membranes of bacteria and viruses such as COVID-19 due to its sharp edges and the oxidative stress, which is the same function as hydrogen peroxide, it induces.

GrapheneCA has incorporated the graphene's natural virucidal and antimicrobial properties into a line of coatings – Dr. Nano Flooring, Dr. Metal coating and Dr. Wall paint – designed to prevent the spread of disease on high-touch surfaces.

Independent testing has shown the proprietary formula in these graphene-improved, water-based epoxy coatings is 99.9% effective in making surfaces bacteria proof, according to ASTM International testing protocol.

The graphene-rich paints and varnishes can be applied to public areas where the risk of spreading bacteria and viruses is high – bathroom doors, benches at train stations, handrails at the shopping mall, hotel walls, the stool at a bar, and the floors of a concert hall are examples of the many places that could be protected with these products.

Now, GrapheneCA is offering a complete and affordable equipment leasing program for entrepreneurs that want to start their own business of preventing the spread of COVID-19 and other viruses by painting public spaces with graphene-rich paint.

This package includes a virus-detecting device designed to spot dangerous microorganisms on indoor surfaces in as little as 60 minutes; testing kits; 100 gallons of GrapheneCA's antimicrobial paints and coatings; instructions; promotional materials; and training.

"Our equipment and coatings are ready to be shipped just about anywhere in the United States. The test procedure is quick and straightforward," said GrapheneCA Head of Business Development Maks Vasilevskii. "Besides COVID-19, a wide range of different dangerous microorganisms can be efficiently detected with our equipment."

The testing of high-touch surfaces at businesses, governmental buildings and other high-traffic areas could be used to test the need for and later the effectiveness of GrapheneCA coatings.

Companies or individuals who would like to join the new program can lease the equipment and purchase test swabs, anti-bacterial coating, and paint for $350 per month for a total of 60 months with no down payment and no payments for the first three months.

Interested parties can simply fill out a one-page application, book a training time, and sign a contract to receive the GrapheneCA kit. Upon approval, applicants will receive the training and materials they need to begin a new microbe-killing painting business.
